Returns
All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. We do not accept any returns unless the product received is damaged. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order number and an image and description of the issue within 72 hours of package delivery. We will replace your order subject to examination of damages. Any issues reported after 72 hrs will not be considered for replacement.
Unevenness in colour & texture of fabric or print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes and hand weaving making each piece unique.
Exchange
In cases with sizing issues, we will only be able to offer you an exchange for a different size or style. In case the size is not available, we shall provide store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue. You can see our size chart on the product page before making a purchase. If you have any inquiries about size, fabric or fit, email our customer care at info@selavu.com
All exchanges are final.
In case of a damaged product return or size exchange, please write to info@selavu.com with the subject RETURNS and your Order number. Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. We must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of clothes about your intent to exchange. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 7 days. The cost of any return/ exchange is to be borne by the customer.
On discounted pieces, all sales are final. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order for assistance.
We hold the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
